Si tratta, in particolare, di 492.885 atti tra cartelle e avvisi che sarebbero arrivati per posta e 305.726 da notificare attraverso la Pec, per un totale di 798.611 comunicazioni che saranno temporaneamente congelate. La sospensione non riguarder\u00e0 invece i cosiddetti atti inderogabili (circa 25mila) che saranno ugualmente notificati con la Pec o tramite gli operatori postali.
